How do I get a quote?

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Yes, we accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. Please contact us directly at 0408 416 204 to check availability.

When do I receive my booking confirmation?

Confirmations are sent via email and SMS right after your booking is completed. The confirmation is only sent to the email address and phone number associated with your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Can I make special requests for my transfer?

Absolutely. We accommodate special requests to enhance your travel experience β€” including child seats, extra luggage space and more. Please let us know your requirements when booking.

How will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will be monitoring your flight, so even if it's delayed or arrives early, they'll be ready on time. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it.

Do you monitor flight schedules?

Yes, we monitor flight schedules in real time to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, accommodating any changes in your flight's arrival or departure times automatically.

Is there a waiting time charge for airport pickups?

We offer a complimentary 60-minute waiting period for airport pickups after your flight has landed. Additional waiting time beyond 60 minutes may incur extra charges.

How long will the chauffeur wait for a standard pickup?

For a standard pickup (e.g. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes are complimentary, and only the remaining 15 minutes are chargeable. Airport pickups come with 60 minutes of complimentary wait time. If you know you'll be delayed, please contact us in advance.

When will I receive my chauffeur's contact details?

Your chauffeur's name, phone number, vehicle make, model and licence plate will be sent via email and SMS no more than one hour before pickup. If you booked on behalf of someone else, this information will be sent to the contact details provided at booking.

How many passengers and bags can each vehicle hold?
