Booking Questions

  1. Enter your pickup and destination, date, time, passenger numbers and luggage details in the booking form.
  2. Review suitable available vehicle options and your exact fixed fare.
  3. Choose your preferred available option and complete the booking.

Last minute bookings may be available. Online bookings for pickups between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am need at least 8 hours' notice. For anything sooner, call or text 0408 416 204 so we can check chauffeur availability for your journey.
Booking information is provided through the booking process using the contact details submitted with your reservation. Contact us if you need help locating or confirming your booking details.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are not refundable. To change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible on 0408 416 204.

Yes. Add your requirements when booking or contact us directly. Requests, including child restraints, multiple stops and particular luggage needs, are reviewed and confirmed subject to availability and your journey details.

At the Airport

Your booking information will include the airport pickup arrangement. Follow the instructions provided for your confirmed transfer and contact us if you need assistance after arrival.
Provide your flight number where applicable, your scheduled arrival or departure time, passenger numbers and luggage details. These details help us plan the transfer around your itinerary.
For Melbourne Airport arrivals, 60 minutes of free waiting time is included, counted from your flight's actual landing time. We track your flight, so a delayed arrival does not use up your waiting time. If you ask your chauffeur to wait longer, additional waiting and parking charges may apply.
Contact us as soon as possible if your flight time or other travel details change. We will review the updated information and the available options for your transfer.
Contact and collection information is provided with your confirmed booking where applicable. Contact us if you need clarification before your scheduled pickup.

Vehicles & Fleet

Vehicle options include Premium Flexible, Luxury Sedan, SUV / People Mover, Family People Mover and Luxury Van. Enter your passenger and luggage details in the booking system to view suitable available options.
Yes. Child seats are available for an additional charge. Select the seat you need when booking so we can confirm availability for your transfer. In Victoria, children travelling in booked vehicles must use a restraint appropriate to their age and size.
Capacity depends on the vehicle allocated, passenger numbers and the quantity and size of luggage. Enter your journey details in the booking system to view suitable options, or contact us for help with oversized luggage or a group transfer request.

MAT uses fixed fares with no surge pricing. Your exact fare is shown in the booking system before you confirm your booking.

Yes. Event day fares are $35 higher per transfer, across all vehicle types and destinations, on selected dates including Melbourne Cup, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and Grand Prix weekend. The event day fare is shown in your quote before you confirm.
