What if my flight is delayed?
We use live flight tracking and adjust your pickup time if your arrival changes, so you do not need to call us. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes free waiting from your flight’s actual landing time.
How much luggage can I bring?
It depends on the vehicle. Premium Flexible and Luxury Sedan take up to 2 suitcases, SUV / People Mover up to 4, and Family People Mover and Luxury Van up to 6. Enter your passengers and luggage in the booking form to see the vehicles that fit, or contact us for oversized items.
Are tolls and airport parking included?
Yes. Your fixed fare includes tolls, GST and airport parking, and there is no surcharge for paying by card. Event day fares apply on selected dates and are always shown in your quote before you book.
Can I book a child seat?
Yes. Child seats are available at an extra charge. Select the seat you need in the booking form so we can confirm it for your transfer.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are not refundable. To cancel or change a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Read our refund policy.
