What if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry. We use live flight tracking and adjust your pickup time at no extra cost, and your 60 minutes free waiting starts from the actual landing time. You don't need to call us if your flight is delayed.
When will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
Your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name sign. You'll also receive their contact details, vehicle make and plate number up to 1 hour before pickup.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are not refundable. To change a booking (date, time or destination), contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price you see is the price you pay. Your fare includes tolls, GST and airport parking, with no surge pricing and no traffic charges. The only extras are child seats, if you add them, and event day fares, which are $35 higher on selected dates such as Melbourne Cup, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
What if I need a last minute booking?
We take last minute bookings whenever we can. Call us on 0408 416 204, or send us a text or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll check availability. Online bookings for pickups between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am need at least 8 hours' notice.
