Yes, we accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. Please contact us directly at 0408-416-204 to check availability.

Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Confirmations are sent via email or sms right after bookings are completed. For your privacy, the confirmation email is only sent to the email address associated with your booking.

The chauffeur’s name and telephone number will be sent to the passenger maximum one hour before pickup via email and SMS. This message also contains the make, model and license plate number of the vehicle. If you booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in the booking process.

Yes, our chauffeurs are experienced, courteous, and committed to providing a professional and reliable service.

Yes, we monitor flight schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, accommodating any changes in your flight’s arrival or departure times.

We offer a complimentary 60-minute waiting period for airport pickups after your flight has landed. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

Your chauffeur will be monitoring your flight , so even if your flight is delayed or arrives early we will meet you on time.

Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with a your name.

 

For a standard pickup (e.g. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 30 minutes before leaving the pickup point. The first 15 minutes are complimentary, and only the remaining 15 minutes are chargeable.

Airport pickups come with 1 hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur leaves the pickup location.
